ABOUT US & WHAT WE DO
***Ground Pilots Moto & New Rider Rides are NOT a Motorcycle safety training program***
Ground Pilots Ambassadors are volunteers, they are NOT Motorcycle training instructors. Any knowledge Ground Pilot Ambassadors share is based on their individual experiences.
Who are the Ambassadors?
Ground Pilots Ambassadors are a group of seasoned, street-rider volunteers with minimum of 10+ years of street riding each AND the desire to help new riders transition from their Motorcycle Safety graduation (congrats!!) into the world of street riding. Ambassadors come from all kinds of riding styles; sport, adventure, track, touring, cruisers and dirt! That's a lot of styles, experience and combined

What are the rides about?

Ground Pilots New Rider Rides (GPNRR) offer Ambassador led rides, on routes that have "a little bit of everything" to offer and challenge the new rider with real world street riding. GPNRR routes are planned in a way to provide new riders with a positive riding environment to gain knowledge, build confidence, practice proficiency and hone skills as well as, encouraging sharing thoughts, concerns, knowledge and experience insights with each other. The rides are also about brooding the community and connecting new riders with each other...who knows, you might just meet a life-long riding/travel BFF!!!
Is this a big group ride?
NO! New Rider Rides are limited to just 4-6 new riders per ride (plus 1 Ambassador lead rider and 1 Ambassador sweep rider). This keeps the ride manageable and keeps the stress level down for everyone. These rides are about helping you relax and to work on things with some riders that are at or near the same level of riding.

What's it cost?
GPNRR are free to join up and ride on....okay, TIME...and gas.
Who can join?
New riders. All Bikes. All riders.

ATGATT? Conduct?
We highly encourage wearing protective gear, yes...but you're an adult. While participating on a GPNRR you are 100% responsible for yourself and your bike. Ambassadors will be conducting themselves in a manner to encourage that the ride goes smoothly and is fun for all involved, we ask you do the same or we will ask you to leave the ride.
